Current Pre-Order Status
Pre-orders of With love from paradise began shipping the last week of May 2013. Orange Pebbles have since started shipping to pre-order customers and Grey and Arctic White Pebbles will follow once Kickstarter backers have received their Pebbles.
Orders shipping now are the earliest pre-orders placed after our Kickstarter campaign last spring and summer. Once this batch has shipped we will continue shipping pre-orders in the order they were received. We expect it will take several months through the summer to deliver all Pebbles to pre-order customers.
We aren’t able to project specific ship dates for each order at this time, but we will provide updates on our shipping status as they become available.
How Pebble pre-orders work:
We do not collect any money at the time a pre-order is placed, but your $0 order reserves your place in the queue for a Pebble.
As inventory becomes available, we email the next pre-orders in line to submit payment and confirm order details including order quantity, color selection and shipping address.
Once your order is confirmed, you will be able to track the fulfillment process.
If you already placed a $0 order, but haven’t yet received an email from us to complete your order and submit payment, we haven’t gotten to your spot in the queue yet. Hang in there! We’re working through it as fast as we can and you will hear from us when your Pebble is ready to ship.
