WITH LOVE FROM PARADISE accepts returns on full priced items that are unworn, unused, free of deodorant stains or snags, unwashed merchandise with all tags still attached, and in a sellable condition. Must be in original packaging (poly bag with barcode sticker) the item came in, not placing the merchandise back into original packaging will delay processing of your return. If the tag has been removed and bag is not returned in sellable condition a store credit will be issued for your order.

Your return must be received within 21 days from the order date to receive full refund, if not you will be offered a store credit for your order. Returns not abiding by this policy will be returned to sender.

If it's received after 21 days, a WLFP E-Gift Card will be issued. If you paid with a E-Gift card, a new E-Gift card in the amount of the credit will be issued and emailed to you accordingly. Please note: E-Gift cannot be returned or exchanged.

WITH LOVE FROM PARADISE merchandise purchased at independent boutiques must be returned to the location where it was purchased. Please contact the individual boutique for their return policy.

Please note that all items marked 30% OFF are FINAL SALE. Final sale items cannot be exchanged or returned at any time.  Sale items returned for size or you dislike the item you will be offered a store credit for your item. 

If you purchase a FINAL SALE item or a holiday sale item (marked 30% OFF or more) you will need to return the item at your own expense and you will receive a store credit for your item. No refunds will be offered on FINAL SALE items only store credit for your future purchase. Please note that returns received to our warehouse will incur a $5.95 restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund. If you would like us to provide you with a prepaid shipping label for your return please email us  You will receive a confirmation email with a summary of your return request, shipping instructions and a shipping label you may print, a shipping fee of $9.95 will be deducted when your item is processed (USA based orders). Once you receive your confirmation email, please follow the instructions provided in the email to complete your return.

Shipping is non-refundable.  Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Your refund will be credited to the same credit card or Paypal account used to make the purchase.

You can send items back to us at the address below using any trackable/insured shipping method. Sorry, we can’t accept COD returns. Please note that returns received to our warehouse will incur a $5.95 restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund. Returns are processed in the order they are received. Please allow a week to a week and a half for your return to be processed once received at our warehouse. Once your return has been processed, we’ll send you a Return Notification email. Please allow 1-3 business days for refunds to be received to your original form of payment once processed. 

If you haven’t heard from us please email us your order number and tracking info, and we will check on your return to make sure it is in process and was received.

Upon receipt of returned goods, reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet the return policy requirements.

Please allow 2 weeks for us to receive your return package. All refunds to credit cards will appear within 1-2 billing statements.

At this time, cannot automatically process exchanges. It’s best to email us to make sure we have the item and size in stock. The item(s) you are exchanging must be mailed back within 7 days. Once we’ve received your return, your exchange order will begin processing. If any items are no longer in stock due to inventory changes, we will refund your original form of payment. If the exchange was submitted after 30 days from delivery of the original item, an E-Gift Card will be issued.
